BRR involves purchasing a property, carrying out refurbishment work to add value and exploring refinancing once the work is complete.
We source properties with refurbishment potential, assess the figures and can manage the refurbishment for investors choosing our full service.
Refinancing depends on the final valuation, lender criteria and your individual circumstances. There is no guarantee you will recover your original investment.

Not every investor needs the same level of support. For buyers, we offer a two-tier service, and both options are completely hands-free. The only difference is that with Option 2, we also facilitate the refurbishment.
Option 1
Property Sourcing
We search for suitable investment properties, arrange viewings, assess opportunities, negotiate purchases and provide the property information and figures for investors to review.
Option 2
Deal packaging
Alongside sourcing the property, we can organise the trades and materials, coordinate the refurbishment, carry out site visits and oversee the work through to the property being ready for tenants.
Option 3
Invest in our projects
For investors who would rather invest funds than own a property, we offer opportunities to support our refurbishment projects for a proposed fixed return, without owning the asset. We discuss the term, return and risks upfront.
