About SPF
We know the streets, the agents and the trades in our area, which is why we focus here rather than everywhere.
Founder
Darren spent 30 years in the gas industry before moving into property in 2022, and brought the same precision and attention to detail with him. He's completed everything from buy-to-let refurbishments to full renovations, has sourced over £3 million of property for investors, and also mentors other investors.
Co-Founder & Property Design
Vanessa brings over 20 years of business experience, having previously owned and run a successful beauty salon. Now based on the Fylde Coast, she oversees the design side of SPF's refurbishments, from layouts and kitchens to bathrooms, flooring and finishing touches, always keeping the budget and the investor's end goal in mind.
Partner
Stephen ran his own sourcing business before joining SPF. Before property he spent over 25 years in senior technology leadership, including roles as Chief Information Officer and IT Director. He built MyPropertyPulse, a tool for analysing investment locations, and is growing his own portfolio across Lancashire.
